Job Description: Assembling, pressure testing, and inspecting layflat hoses to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers, in a very fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and willing to learn. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Assist in the testing of layflat hoses
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
• Help in cutting, fitting, and assembling hose components
• Inspect hoses and fittings for quality and accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
• Support team members in various tasks to ensure efficient workflow
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred but not required
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and overall fitness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. in adherence with Midwest Hose Safety Standards
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
