Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our engineering team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering projects and is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and organizational skills to make a lasting impact in the industry.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering project documentation and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
- Communicate effectively to ensure the timely and accurate exchange of information.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
