Polar Inc. is a leading Business Sales and Consulting firm based in Albuquerque, known for our innovative communications and outreach strategies that significantly enhance brand visibility and market share for our telecommunications clients. As we continue to grow and expand our operations throughout Albuquerque, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an AT&T Sales Agent, playing a key role in expanding AT&T’s presence in the Albuquerque market.

As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers referred to us by AT&T. The AT&T Sales Agent will engage with customers face‑to‑face within a designated territory, handling account inquiries, providing product recommendations, and facilitating customer enrollment. In this position, you’ll be responsible for educating both new and existing customers about AT&T’s wireless and subscription services, helping them make informed decisions to ensure customers receive the best solutions for their needs.

This role blends consultative sales with account management, focusing on delivering exceptional service and driving successful outcomes for both customers and AT&T.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residential customers with processing new service orders and increasing sales for AT&T’s wireless and internet products.
  • Explain the features of wireless products and services, and articulate the benefits they offer compared to local competition.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations to customers within a designated territory to close sales with interested and qualifying customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by applying effective sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in training sessions, product seminars, and virtual workshops to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Educate consumers about AT&T’s new services and promotions.
  • Enhance and maintain client reputation through excellent customer service skills.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the team.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and multitasking capabilities, with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidence and comfort in public speaking, whether to small or large audiences.
  • Ability to work full‑time hours and weekends as needed.

This is a full‑time, commission‑based position with an on‑target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
