Starting pay for the market: $18 hourly
Role of the Roadside Technician: an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer notices a tire‑related failure, a Technician is dispatched to repair or change the tire at the customer’s location. During periods without service calls, Technicians help with shop duties such as mounting orders, cleaning, and general organization.

Shift InformationThis position includes participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During assigned on‑call periods, Technicians must respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high acceptance rate. All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

- Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous commercial service tire experience.
What Skills Will You Learn?
- Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including proper PPE use, tire cage use, and all safety policies and procedures.
