Top Must-Haves- Zephyr RTOS experience with bare-metal bring-up
- Strong knowledge of MCTP / PLDM
- BMC firmware experience (OpenBMC or equivalent)
- Proficiency in C (C++/Python a plus)
- Experience with low-level protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe, UART, JTAG)
- 5+ years embedded firmware or device driver development
- Comfortable in a Linux build environment
- Develop low-level embedded firmware for next-gen interconnects (PCIe, CXL, USB4)
- Support pre-silicon validation, post-silicon bring-up, and production
- Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and firmware teams
- Debug and resolve firmware issues through the full product lifecycle
- OpenBMC, iDRAC, iLO experience
- Security concepts (Root of Trust, secure boot)
- ARM architecture and strong debug skills
