Position: T4 HVAC Selling Technician - Logicool Air Solutions

Overview

Logicool Air Solutions is seeking a T4-level HVAC Selling Technician
—a high-caliber professional who can diagnose complex systems, educate customers at an elite level, and ethically convert service opportunities into accessory and equipment sales.

This is not an entry- or mid-level technician role. This position is designed for seasoned technicians who are confident, efficient, and capable of running their day like a business.

Compensation (High-Performance Role)

This position is commission-driven with a strong base, designed for technicians who can both produce and sell
.

  • Base income + commission
  • $100,000 minimum earning expectation
  • $175,000+ potential for top performers
  • Final compensation is dependent on individual production, sales ability, and efficiency

This is a performance seat. The better you diagnose, educate, and execute, the more you earn.

What Makes This a T4 Role

As a T4 HVAC Selling Technician, you must be able to:

  • Diagnose all levels of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Confidently service and explain inverter-driven and high-efficiency systems
  • Identify system-wide issues (comfort, airflow, efficiency, reliability—not just the failed part)
  • Educate customers at a high level to drive trust and conversion
  • Present accessories, repairs, and replacement options ethically and clearly
  • Build and sell value—not pressure

You will be trusted to operate with autonomy and professionalism.

Daily Expectations & Workload

This role requires speed, discipline, and organization.

You must be able to consistently:

  • Run 5 service calls per day
    , or
  • Run 3 service calls + 2 self-generated sales calls per day
  • Generate your own equipment replacement opportunities
  • Perform self-generated replacement estimates when appropriate
To support your success
  • You will have a CSR assistant to:
    • Generate quick proposals
    • Track and follow up on leads
    • Help manage your pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks

You focus on diagnosing, educating, and closing—we support execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced diagnostics on residential and light commercial systems
  • Service, repair, and troubleshooting of inverters and high-efficiency equipment
  • Clear, confident communication with customers and internal teams
  • Educate homeowners and business owners on:
    • System condition
    • Long-term reliability
    • Efficiency and comfort improvements
  • Present and sell:
    • Repairs
    • Accessories
    • Equipment replacements
  • Maintain clean documentation and pipeline notes
  • Follow all Logicool service, safety, and communication standards
  • Operate independently with no hand-holding
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • 4+ years HVAC service experience (less than 4 years need not apply)
  • EPA Certification
  • Proven diagnostic ability across multiple system types
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean background
  • Drug-free
  • Professional appearance and mindset
