As a Journeyman Plumber with Scott Electric, you’ll bring expert-level skills to both residential and commercial job sites throughout Corpus Christi, TX and the Coastal Bend region. No two days are the same here. Expect to stay sharp, solve real-world problems, and make a tangible impact with every job.

You will:

• Handle a wide range of service calls, from troubleshooting and diagnostics to full system repairs

• Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and upgrades for fixtures, piping systems, water heaters, and more

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with precision

• Conduct thorough inspections and ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

• Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings, provide options, and deliver top-tier service

• Work independently or as part of a team on both scheduled and emergency plumbing tasks

• Represent the Scott Electric name with professionalism, reliability, and pride workmanship

• Valid Plumbing Journeyman License

• Ability to pass a drug screening, including a hair follicle test

• 3–5 years of experience as a journeyman in a commercial and residential setting

• Certification or technical training in the plumbing trade

• Skilled in reading blueprints and diagnosing systems

• Strong work ethic, attention to safety, and clear communication skills
