• Perform structural welding operations in 2G (horizontal), 3G (vertical), and 4G (overhead) positions
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
• Prepare materials and work areas for welding operations
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper functionality
• Conduct quality inspections of completed welds
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Complete welding documentation and reports as required
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other tradespeople on project requirements

• Valid welding certification in 2G, 3G, and/or 4G positions (current certification required)
• Minimum 2-3 years of structural welding experience
• Proficiency in SMAW (Stick), FCAW, and/or GMAW welding processes
• Ability to pass welding tests as required by project specifications
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures
• Physical ability to work in various positions and conditions
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Multiple position certifications (2G + 3G + 4G combination preferred)
• Additional certifications (ASME, AWS, or API certifications)
• Experience with structural steel, pressure vessels, or piping systems
• Experience in industrial, petrochemical, or refinery environments
• Familiarity with X‑ray and ultrasonic testing procedures
• Valid driver's license
