Job Title: HVAC Field Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected

Hours:

35 – 45 per week

• Serve as a trusted, client-facing professional while tackling complex on-site HVAC repairs.
• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems with precision.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Clean and service HVAC units to ensure peak performance.
• Manage inventory, track job costs, and handle invoicing for your assigned projects.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a smartphone for dispatch and company communication.
• Take ownership of your company vehicle and uphold a polished appearance.

• HVAC Certification (Required)
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Your own HVAC tools and equipment
