** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, adhering to established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the specific site.

+ Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to those at the location.

+ Follow all company and site-specific procedures, policies, and regulations as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Holding a state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
