Summary

We are hiring a Branded Salesperson to grow our value-added beef programs with long-term customers. This role is relationship-driven and focused on selling product attributes, consistency, and program value. You will work across distributors, sales representatives, and end users in food service and retail. Success comes from building trust, communicating value, and developing year-round buying programs that support brand growth.

Job description

• Develop new branded and value-added beef accounts.
• Sell program-based offerings tied to differentiation and consistency.
• Build long-term customer relationships with 52-week buying programs.
• Work across distributors, sales reps, and end users.
• Call on food service and retail customers.
• Manage longer sales cycles from first discussion through program launch.
• Present product attributes clearly and support customer adoption.
• Coordinate internally on branded initiatives and account support.
• Track pipeline activity, stakeholders, and follow-up actions.
• Support shared accounts when branded expertise is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience selling branded, value-added, or program-based food products.
• Strong relationship management skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and defend value beyond price.
• Comfort managing longer sales cycles with disciplined follow-up.
• Experience working with food service, retail, or distribution channels.
