Logicool Air Solutions is seeking a high-performing Comfort Advisor to join our team in early 2025. This role is designed for experienced, face‑to‑face sales professionals who can execute a structured sales process, adapt quickly, and are open-minded to doing whatever it takes to increase sales efficiency and drive results
.
This role is intended for top producers.
- Base salary + commission
- $100,000+ expected annual earnings
- $200,000+ potential for high performers
- Final compensation is entirely dependent on individual execution and closing performance.
This is not capped income. If you close, you earn.
Who We're Looking ForYou are a strong candidate if you:
- Have significant in‑person sales experience (HVAC preferred, not required).
- Can adhere strictly to a proven sales process
. - Are adaptable and open-minded to new strategies and methods to improve close rates and efficiency.
- Take full ownership of your pipeline—
no lead left behind
. - Are confident selling high‑ticket solutions and defending value.
- Are willing to travel occasionally if needed
.
Candidates without HVAC experience must be willing to complete comprehensive HVAC training to ensure proper system design, education, and ethical advising.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct residential, business, and light commercial sales consultations.
- Educate clients on HVAC systems, efficiency, warranties, and long‑term value.
- Build and present professional proposals.
- Maintain 40%+ closing ratio
. - Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved.
- Present financing options on every opportunity.
- Keep CRM and pipeline fully updated.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure sold work is delivered correctly.
- Identify and implement ways to improve sales efficiency.
- Generate referrals through exceptional customer relationships.
- Full-time
- Primarily weekday appointments
- Occasional evenings/weekends as required.
- Proven face‑to‑face sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean background.
- Drug‑free.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Coachable, competitive, and process‑driven.
- Willingness to learn technical HVAC knowledge if not already experienced.
