Pay Range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr (Base pay) + Annual Bonus and Commission

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team to grow our life insurance products. In this role you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. You will work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation – Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates, focusing more on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation – Perform comprehensive needs assessments and present life insurance options.
  • Sales Presentation – Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to client concerns.
  • Relationship Management – Cultivate long‑term relationships and offer continuous support.
  • Market Research – Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive products.
  • Sales Reporting – Keep precise records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance – Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you).

Compensation

The compensation is based on the average representative in current markets. Bonuses are performance‑based and paid monthly on the 15th; residuals are paid on the anniversary of the client’s sale.
