Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for penetrating new accounts and supporting Account Managers to saturate existing accounts with the full range of the company's services (MS and IHT). This involves expanding current service offerings to include new service lines that are not currently utilized by those clients.

Essential Job Functions
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety and quality standards and practices, legal regulations, and alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.
  • Adheres to and champions TEAM's Core Values.
  • Spends 80%+ of time in front of clients developing new opportunities.
  • Manages all activity and customer opportunities in the company's CRM system.
  • Sells value and understands opportunity costs to maximize profitability of the company's service offerings.
  • Delivers professional and technically articulate presentations of the company's value proposition and service capabilities.
  • Researches and develops new customers and opportunities.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual budget targets, including revenue and profit goals.
  • Collaborates with all parts of the organization to maximize revenue and profitability, including coordinating with operations on deal pipeline, pricing, and closing opportunities.
  • Maintains periodic contact with existing clients and is a focal point for new accounts, without being involved in project execution or dispatching local personnel.
  • Identifies new service lines, products, or capabilities to improve competitive positioning and elevates these opportunities to management.
  • Understands market intelligence including geographical, industry, and competitive trends.
  • Participates in strategic sales planning and development of growth plans for specific regions, industries, and service lines.
  • Works with the Division Sales Manager and Marketing to identify key marketing opportunities, publications, and trade shows.
  • Shares new customer or project opportunities outside of their territory or industry vertical with the appropriate parties.
  • Job Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
    • Four to six years of related experience.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.
    • Proficiency with CRM software;
      Salesforce experience preferred.
    Work Conditions
    • Position located in the District office.
    • Work conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting.
    • Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility.
    Physical and Mental Requirements
    • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
    • Effective communication abilities.
    • Sitting for prolonged periods.
    • Manual dexterity for routine office duties.
    • Mobility and physical reflexes for office duties and travel.
