This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Corpus Christi, TX. The Account Manager will focus on fostering strong client relationships, overseeing insurance renewals, and ensuring client needs are met with tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing presentations and proposals, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while delivering exceptional service and assistance.

• Experience in account management, client relations, and customer service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, including brokerage operations and client services
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools, such as CRM systems
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience with middle-market clients or industries such as construction, energy, or real estate is a plus
