The Field Sales Specialist role accelerates product adoption and deepens relationships with key accounts in the Energy + Commercial Team across the North America region.
OverviewThe Field Sales Specialist expands existing top accounts through equipment and service rental sales, drives pipeline growth, and partners with account managers to secure new consumable opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and order targets.
- Drive business expansion of equipment and services by increasing market share in existing accounts through strong relationships with end‑users and customer management.
- Identify and prioritize high‑value customer capacity expansion opportunities and provide strategic support to ensure successful sales completion.
- Lead cross‑functional teams within Pall (FAS, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and execute solutions that address customers’ needs.
- Report and communicate all high‑value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management using SFDC and Energy+ tools such as account plans.
- 3+ years of experience selling to Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial industries, or equivalent technical experience in a relevant facility.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in consumable sales as well as capital equipment is desired.
Physical Requirements
- Up to 75 % travel.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lb.
- Filtration and separation product sales.
- Capital equipment sales to end users or EPCs.
- Experience using SFDC or other CRM tools.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 – $125,000 USD with potential bonus/incentive pay. Pall offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
