• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, overcome objections, and resell the value of our products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards while minimizing product losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, communicate effectively, adhere to policy, resolve issues, and participate in training programs.

• Flexible schedule, regular attendance, physical demands (lift up to 35 lbs., prolonged standing) and adherence to Spectrum’s dress code in a moderately noisy retail environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms, and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
• Self‑motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.
• Positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual:
  Spanish.

• Knowledge of the latest technology and devices.
• 1–5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
