We seek full-time retail sales associates nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

The position offers hourly wages plus commission potential, based on productivity.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain the sales floor.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer calls, explain legal aspects of transactions, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete training and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic math, cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
