We are seeking full-time, entry-level Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations). The position offers hourly pay plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $3.61 per hour.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain the sales floor.
• Handle sales and loan transactions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items properly.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions effectively.
• Create a positive customer experience and complete training successfully.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems and computers.
