Corpus Christi Hotel is located in the lively downtown Marina District. The Omni Corpus Christi Hotel offers newly renovated rooms with views of the bay. We are committed to providing excellent service and a dynamic work environment.

To maintain the highest standards for the guest by ensuring quick, efficient, and professional Busser / Food Runner / Dining Room Assistant services.

• Deliver food to correct tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers.
• Inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform server or manager.
• Responsible for set-up of expo line with items specified in side work.
• Consult with supervisor on any food delivery difficulty.
• Minimize breakage.
• Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with the set up and breakdown of breakfast buffet according to time allotted.
• Secure all breakfast items such as platters, butter dishes, bread knives as directed by manager or posted in side work.
• Ensure all products are within date and use the FIFO method of storage.

• Minimum 1 year food runner experience or DRA or Busser experience preferred
• Must be able to work early mornings, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
• Enthusiastic and friendly with a positive attitude
• Must be Food Handler and TABC certified.
• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in an indoor/outdoor environment
