General Summary

Provides quality assurance and improvement within the ECI system. Reviews Texas ECI required forms to ensure accuracy. Reviews targeted case management and direct service notes. Monitors and tracks all assigned Texas ECI federal indicators.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Reviews a sample of documentation on targeted case management, service and evaluation/assessment notes to ensure all Texas ECI required components are present.
  • Maintain reports of samples and present them to the Quality/Compliance Officer.
  • Tracks and monitors the federal indicators for the program.
  • Maintain reports of federal indicators and present them to the Quality/Compliance Officer.
  • Completes ECI webinars, modules and presentations related to service delivery, case management/targeted case management and overall documentation requirements.
  • Stays current with new and ongoing Texas Administrative Code expectations and changes.
  • Complies with the program's confidentiality policies.
  • Complies with all local, state and federal rules and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Compliance Officer/Program Director.

Skills
  • Bilingual language (English/Spanish) Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team setting with other staff.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift thirty-five (35) pounds. Lifting will be primarily confined to occasional on premises lifting of boxes of office supplies and minor office equipment. Light to medium physical duties include standing, walking, reaching, bending, hearing, talking for up to eight (8) hours a day. Must have good vision. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.

Non-physical demands include performing multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to meet multiple deadlines, make judgment decisions and have irregular schedules, as needed.
