DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who will provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in an outpatient dialysis center. Our mission is to be the provider, partner, and employer of choice in nephrology, delivering life‑saving services to patients with end‑stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease.
Details About This Position- No dialysis experience required.
- Training may occur in a facility or clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
- Float to various clinics during and after your training.
- Flexible schedule required – mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Work as part of a supportive team that relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, using a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Utilize your head, heart, and hands in a fast‑paced environment.

- Paid training.
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body per CMS guidelines.
- BOSTYLE or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
