DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who will provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in an outpatient dialysis center. • No dialysis experience required.
• Training may occur in a facility or clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after your training.
• Flexible schedule required – mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, using a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body per CMS guidelines.
• BOSTYLE or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
