ResponsibilitiesAdminister skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other health‑care team members. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
Qualifications- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Licensed in the state where the candidate currently practices.
- At least one year experience as a licensed professional.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.>
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with approval from the regional vice president or director.
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions.
- CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
- 30 days paid time off – up to 6 weeks.
