Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing care to critically ill patients and leading the intensive care nursing team.

• Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Direct Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and non‑professional nursing personnel in the ICU.
• Support medical care under direction of Medical Staff.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan to meet patient and family needs.

• BSN required.
• 3+ years of critical care experience.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Advanced Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Preferred: previous management experience.
