We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Mother/Baby to ensure high quality, efficient patient care in our facility. Join our amazing team and support each other as we provide outstanding care.

• The Registered Nurse coordinates, supervises, and is accountable for safe professional nursing care of patients within an assigned department.
• Achieves professional goals set during previous evaluation period.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and conduct at all times.
• Maintains good employee/peer relationships and teamwork.
• Prioritizes work and duties, works well under stressful situations.
• Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills with patients, families, physicians, peers, and healthcare team.
• Accountable for direct patient care, applies nursing process, prioritizes care and evaluates outcomes for premature and term neonates with critical medical and surgical conditions.
• Participates and facilitates discharge planning and cost containment.
• Documents all aspects of patient care efficiently, accurately, and per policy recommendations.
• Delegates patient care to licensed or non‑licensed nursing staff based on acuity, needs, staff availability, and qualifications.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities.

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current TX RN licensure.
• BCLS required.
• NRP required within 6 months of hire.
• AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring course within 1 year of hire.
