• Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner
  • Master’s degree in advanced practice nursing from an accredited program; 3+ years of experience.
  • Current, valid State of Texas RN & APRN licenses; current, unrestricted DEA.
  • Advanced interpersonal and counseling skills; ability to work as part of an integrated healthcare team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Physician Assistant
  • Graduate degree from an accredited PA Program; 3+ years of experience.
  • Robust Board Certification by the NCCPA; current, unrestricted license to practice in Texas.
  • Current, unrestricted DEA.
  • Advanced interpersonal and counseling skills; ability to work as part of an integrated healthcare team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

• Interview patients, take medical histories, and assess health status.
• Perform physical examinations and administer injections/immunizations.
• Conduct suturing, splinting, casting, and manage wounds and infections.
• Instruct and counsel patients on treatments, medications, and health promotion.
• Document patient records and manage clinic records.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic test results. Make diagnoses and prescribe treatments.
• Identify short‑ and long‑term care issues; recommend actions and implement physician directives.
• Provide continuity of care and develop care management plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and infection control protocols.
• Train and develop healthcare team staff, offering educational opportunities.
• Maintain professional knowledge and pursue continuing education and professional development.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to improve patient care practices and clinic workflow.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• For Nurse Practitioners:
  Current, unrestricted State of Texas APRN license; current DEA; AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.

  Current, unrestricted Texas license; current DEA; current BLS certification issued by an approved American Heart Association organization.
