Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding Specialist / Ambassador, Marketing Strategy
Oceana Luxe Medspa is a physician‑led, luxury aesthetic and regenerative wellness practice entering its next stage of scale. We are seeking a hands‑on, revenue‑accountable Senior Growth Marketing Officer who owns strategy, brand, organic content, paid performance, and measurable growth
.
This is not a traditional “CMO who delegates everything.”
This is a player‑coach role for a modern marketing leader who understands that organic social, paid media, and brand authority are inseparable growth levers
—especially in regulated medical aesthetics.
Marketing is no longer about posting for visibility—it must drive bookings, membership growth, and long‑term brand equity
, while remaining compliant in a highly regulated space.
The Senior Growth Marketing Officer owns the entire marketing ecosystem
, from daily organic posting to executive‑level growth forecasting
.
You will:
- Set and execute the complete marketing strategy
- Personally oversee and execute organic social presence
- Direct paid media strategy (execution may be supported externally)
- Ensure platform compliance (especially Meta)
- Tie every channel back to bookings, collections, and lifetime value
- Build a scalable system that can later support a team
You are directly responsible for day‑today posting and content oversight across:
- Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed)
- Tik Tok
- You Tube (Shorts + long‑form strategy)
- Linked In (executive & brand authority)
This includes:
- Content planning and posting cadence
- Writing compliant captions and CTAs
- Understanding platform‑specific algorithms and trends
- Leveraging trending audio, formats, and hooks—appropriately adapted for medical aesthetics
- Maintaining brand voice, luxury positioning, and medical credibility
- Monitoring engagement, DMs, signals that impact conversion
This is not influencer content
.
This is strategic, conversion‑aware, compliant brand building
.
- Medical & aesthetic advertising restrictions
- Before/after, claims language, and implied outcomes
- Shadow‑banning risks, account health, and compliance best practices
- Platform updates and policy changes as they occur
You are expected to:
- Proactively protect the brand from compliance risk
- Educate leadership on platform limitations
- Adapt messaging without sacrificing performance
While execution may be supported by an external Meta specialist,
ownership is not outsourced
.
You will:
- Set paid media strategy and positioning
- Allocate and optimize budget
- Align organic and paid messaging
- Evaluate CPA, ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, frequency
- Hold vendors accountable to revenue outcomes
- Ensure creative direction aligns with brand and compliance
You will own:
- Funnel strategy inside Go High Level
- Messaging alignment from ad to consult to membership
- Attribution modeling and reporting
- Data integrity between marketing and front desk performance
You are accountable for:
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets driven by marketing
- Growth forecasting and planning
- Reporting to the CEO in revenue language
, not vanity metrics - Identifying when to hire, outsource, or automate next
- Organic social execution & oversight
- Paid media direction and outcomes
- Brand voice, positioning, and authority
- Compliance across all platforms
- Growth metrics tied directly to bookings and collections
- A content‑only or posting‑only position
- A passive, delegate‑everything CMO role
This is a hands‑on leadership seat during a critical growth phase.
Required Experience (Non‑Negotiable)- 5+ years in senior growth, performance, or brand‑driven marketing
- Proven experience owning organic social for a brand (not just managing someone who did)
- Deep Meta fluency (organic + paid)
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance in medical, wellness, or regulated industries
- Experience tying marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Hands‑on experience with Go High Level or similar CRM/funnel systems
- Strong written communication and brand storytelling skills
- Medical aesthetics, wellness, luxury, or healthcare
- Experience scaling a brand past $5M–$10M
- Player‑coach leadership style
- Comfortable being on‑site for content capture and brand alignment
To be considered, applicants must submit:
- Resume
- Five (5) professional references
- A video (under 3 minutes) answering:
- How would you structure our organic social presence to drive revenue—not just engagement?
- How do you stay current with Meta compliance and platform changes?
- What would your 90‑day marketing priorities be at Oceana Luxe?
Applications without the video will not be reviewed.
