Position
Shop Tech / Equipment Maintenance Tech
Reports to:
Assistant Manager and/or Operations Manager. The Shop Tech provides support to the management team and performs the major job functions described below.
- Work on all rental equipment (clean, inspect, repair)
- Provide support on all trailers (Decon & T/A)
- Diagnose and repair all equipment
- Follow safety rules and recommendations
- Pull all job orders correctly
- Clean and maintain all trailers (Decon, T/A, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy of jobs coming in and going out
- Assume facilities maintenance duties as needed
- Keep shop and work areas clean and free of hazards
- Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Willingness to travel is required
- Commitment to customer service and safety
- Accurate and productive to support quality
- Ethical, fair and consistent to ensure organizational integrity and safety compliance
- Empowered to support growth through team collaboration, development and motivation
- Work under limited supervision
- Diagnose and repair equipment
- Follow safety rules and recommendations
- Pull all job orders correctly
- Clean and maintain all trailers (Decon, T/A, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy of jobs in and out
- Support facilities maintenance duties as needed
- Keep shop and work areas clean and hazard-free
- Follow all SOPs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Willingness to travel
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of industrial equipment maintenance and/or assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Interpersonal skills to clearly communicate with coworkers and supervisors
- Adherence to all safety practices

Full-time, direct hire. Overtime or weekend hours may be required.
