Position

Shop Tech / Equipment Maintenance Tech

Reports to:

Assistant Manager and/or Operations Manager. The Shop Tech provides support to the management team and performs the major job functions described below.

• Work on all rental equipment (clean, inspect, repair)
• Provide support on all trailers (Decon & T/A)
• Diagnose and repair all equipment
• Follow safety rules and recommendations
• Pull all job orders correctly
• Clean and maintain all trailers (Decon, T/A, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy of jobs coming in and going out
• Assume facilities maintenance duties as needed
• Keep shop and work areas clean and free of hazards
• Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.)
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Willingness to travel is required

• Work under limited supervision
• Diagnose and repair equipment

• Support facilities maintenance duties as needed
• Keep shop and work areas clean and hazard-free
• Follow all SOPs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Willingness to travel

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or more years of industrial equipment maintenance and/or assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Interpersonal skills to clearly communicate with coworkers and supervisors
• Adherence to all safety practices

Full-time, direct hire. Overtime or weekend hours may be required.
