• Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs.
• Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages.
• Prepare bank deposit statements.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
