Responsibilities
  • Develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Create a workplace culture aligned with Spin Xpress goals and values.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and manage an appropriate number of team members.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing new employee onboarding.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet and exceed day‑to‑day operations and maintain optimal customer service levels.
  • Handle cash management and transactions accurately.
  • Provide oversight and direction to all team members in accordance with Spin Xpress policies and task list.
  • Participate in and execute promotional programs.
  • Provide a consistent quality product while keeping costs low.
  • Address customer concerns, issues, and claims in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a good visual presentation of retail products and sufficient inventory levels.
  • Train employees in processing sales and upselling to customers.
  • Maintain a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures.
  • Empower employees to take responsibility and expect accountability with consistent feedback.
  • Develop strategies that team members can use to better reach a project’s goal.
  • Assign tasks to team members and validate completion.
  • Determine project completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate clear instructions to team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
  • On‑the‑job training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident and skillful negotiating skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • Knowledge and experience with inventory management.
  • Constant drive to improve the experience of users and internal processes.
  • Flexible schedule, willing to work holidays, weekends, evenings, and on‑call when necessary.
  • History of achieving and consistently exceeding professional goals.
  • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you.

Compensation: $16 Hourly
