Supervisor Grounds- NAS CC

Supervisor – Laborer, Grounds Maintenance is responsible for overall management and coordination of the contract and shall act as the official point of contact with the Government.

• Manage day-to-day operations effectively and efficiently to ensure work is performed in accordance with the contract.
• Ensure employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with contractual requirements and government regulations.
• Act as point of contact with the Government and make decisions for the organization on all matters pertaining to the contract, except amending material aspects.
• Manage and maintain contract budget and review processes for efficiency.
• Schedule personnel, review and approve timecards, and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and vehicles.
• Set and guide employee expectations, conduct reviews and counseling; implement process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Execute employee performance evaluations within appropriate time frames.
• Ensure standard work practices for safety; provide training for operating equipment, vehicles, supplies, and performance work statement requirements.
• Analyze and maintain contract Ability One Ratio requirements through proper scheduling of direct disabled employee hours vs non-disabled employee hours.
• Complete Limitation & Accommodation Quarterly Reports for each Ability One employee.
• Facilitate Ability One Program with the Ability One department.
• Execute reports, inspections, and logs as required by the contract.
• Provide field information and specifications to prepare estimates for new work added or deleted to the contract.
• Maintain Operations Security (OPSEC) standard operations procedure.
• Other tasks as directed by the operations department or associated project manager.
