Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

We are looking for a compassionate Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of our senior living community at The Viera (3010 Airline Rd, Corpus Christi, TX). This role supports residents in independent, assisted, or memory care settings.

• Clean and sanitize residences and contents, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bath fixtures, turning mattresses, moving light furniture, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Perform cleaning duties for resident apartments, offices, bathrooms, and other common areas in the community.
• Assist with cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry, and coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and stock supplies in OSHA‑approved containers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of hospitality experience (hotel, country club, or resort) preferred.
• English reading, writing, and communication skills; ability to interact with residents, families, and associates.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and exposure to fumes, dust, and pet dander.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, kneel, stoop, crawl, and lift up to 30 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
