Position Overview
This posting is for a Maintenance Person at an independent McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is the employer;
McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment matters.
- Filter oil in fryers daily
- Maintain outdoor grounds
- Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck twice a week
- Empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and remove roof debris
High school diploma or equivalent, experience in maintenance or janitorial work, ability to work a flexible schedule, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
