AViVA Cleaning Services is seeking an enthusiastic Cleaning Professional to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX.

Maintain a clean and orderly environment for our clients across multiple locations. This role supports office cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor waxing and other custodial duties.

• 8 hours every Wednesday: 12 pm‑4 pm and 5 pm‑9 pm (two separate locations)
• 4 hours every Friday: 5 pm‑9 pm (one location)
• 6 hours every Saturday: flexible shift anytime between 7 am and 11 pm (one location)
• 8‑10 hours on the last Sunday of the month (one location)

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning and rug shampooing
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and storage areas
  
  Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload; stooping and bending frequently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dexterity and multi‑limb coordination
• Ability to read and follow instructions on chemical labels for safety
• Ability to communicate in person, by phone or email
• Background check required
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• Valid driver’s license; travel pay for jobs over 15 miles away
• Must be able to commute within 30 miles of zip code 78407
• Must be comfortable with keys and alarms after paid training

Part‑time flexible schedule suitable for college students or a second job.

Rate: $12‑$14 per hour (some positions $15‑$16). Annual salary ranges $24,600‑$31,200 for full‑time equivalents.

Payroll cut out every 2 weeks.

Scholarship: $100 per semester for enrolled students.
