Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical point of contact for the North American region, collaborating with the UK Tech Operations team Automate IT processes and manage the technical build-out of new offices Shape the direction of Tech Operations as the company scales globally
Required Qualifications Experience in Technical Operations, Dev Ops-adjacent, or IT Engineering roles Automation-first mindset with experience managing configuration at scale for macOS Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Fleet)
Experience with SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and Identity Access Management (Okta, Google Workspace) Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) with a proven track record of automating IT tasks
