Systems Administrator

Quincy Management, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain the organization’s core IT infrastructure. This role works directly with the IT Manager and plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, security, and day-to-day performance of enterprise systems.

• Maintain and monitor physical and virtual server environments to ensure system stability and availability
• Support network infrastructure and core systems under established standards and procedures
• Administer user access, permissions, and identities within Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts; troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined scope
• Perform routine maintenance including backups, patching, and updates in coordination with the IT Manager
• Support enterprise platforms such as phone systems, access control, and security camera systems
• Provide technical support to end users and elevate complex issues as appropriate
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and controlled changes

• Demonstrated experience in systems and network administration
• Hands‑on experience supporting physical and virtual server environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating with IT leadership
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort working in a structured, policy‑driven IT environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior hands‑on experience in systems administration or a closely related IT role required
• Experience supporting enterprise systems, networks, and professional end users required
