** Your responsibilities
*** Manage the full recruitment cycle — from receiving the hiring request to onboarding a new employee.
* Proactively attract and source candidates using social media, sourcing tools and creative search techniques.
* Conduct market and competitor research to define effective strategies for attracting top talent.
* Strengthen our employer brand image and participate in both internal and external employer branding initiatives.#
** Our expectations
*** At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage.
* Experience with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Fluency in English — you will collaborate daily with managers and candidates from different parts of the world.
* Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
* Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
* Understanding of IT technologies and familiarity with Workday HR system will be considered a plus.# #
