, our mission is to empower families by delivering effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services so learners with autism and other developmental disabilities can reach their full potential.

• Provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs.
• Run or walk throughout 6–8 hour sessions.
• Respond quickly to manage behaviors (block aggression, move furniture).
• Seated on the floor when needed, transition quickly to standing.
• Bend or twist to utilize physical management.
• Maintain physical holds for aggressive patients for extended periods.
• Hear and discern sounds in the environment.
• Visual acuity to read and interact with an iPad Mini.

$16.25 per hour for those without certification; increase once certified.
Up to $24 per hour for experienced and certified RBTs, based on experience and tenure.

• Performance reviews every 6 months, with potential for compensation increases.

Description:

$16.25 – $24.00 per hour.
