About Corpus Christi –

Corpus Christi is an excellent place to work, live, play, and invest. Explore nine unique beaches and unleash your adventurous side by windsurfing, parasailing, and kayaking out on the water. Craving inspiration in the outdoors? Try a paddleboard yoga class or horseback riding on the sand. Corpus Christi is also the center of iconic attractions like the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington.

Our mild climate allows for year‑round outdoor family activities such as golf, cycling, and tennis. The cost of living is very low, and there is no state income tax!

About Edinburg –

The McAllen‑Edinburg‑Mission metropolitan area enjoys a high quality of life with a low cost of living. It’s one of the least expensive metro areas to live in the nation (2nd on Kiplinger’s 2019 list). Residents spend less than the average median sale price on home purchases, as well as less than the average on everyday expenses like food, transportation and healthcare.

These facts, coupled with the area’s relaxed pace of life, safe neighborhoods, and welcoming communal environment, make the region a great place to live and raise a family. With three airports in the area, the Valley offers easy access to local and international destinations including Dallas‑Fort Worth, Houston, Las Vegas and Mexico City. With year‑round sunshine, tropical breezes and little rainfall, the weather is another key draw to the area.

Temperatures are mild throughout the year, particularly in winter, with an average high of 85.9° and low of 65.2°, making it ideal for capturing the natural beauty of the Valley, including the beach at South Padre Island and participating in wildlife and outdoor activities like birdwatching, golfing and more. Don’t forget, no state income tax!
