Equity Staffing Group is looking for a Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable in the Corpus Christi, TX area. This is a long-term assignment that requires working onsite.
* This is NOT a remote position*
No agency or third-party submissions will be accepted.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead administrative activities in Operations ensuring the consistency, quality and timeliness of correspondence, information and documentation
- Track and trace invoices in the system to make sure everything gets resolved and/or escalating as necessary for any issues that occur
- Performs a variety of routine and non-routine accounting activities in accounts payable
- Process invoices as requested
- Use Excel spreadsheets to track workflow
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and organizations skills
- Solution driven thought process and high level adaptability with a service mindset
