Position SummarySeeking a motivated engineer to support sales, application engineering, and field service. Work fast‑paced, result‑driven environment. Training includes formalized program and mentor guidance. May involve training in another HVAC market up to one year depending on experience.

- Outside sales meetings and calls building relationships with existing and new customers.
- Application engineering applying our products with sound principles.
- Project management of installations, ensuring schedules and plans for on‑site equipment.
- Service and technical support of existing equipment and end‑user support.
Job Responsibilities
- Integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
- Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
- Inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales tasks.
- Presentations, quotes, submittals, technical product support, job site visits, and hands‑on troubleshooting.
- Educate and promote Captive Aire products in the market.
- Research and develop new business opportunities.
- Top‑notch customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Quick turnaround times a priority.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and customer experience.
- 2‑5 years of experience.
- 4‑year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science‑oriented curriculum preferred.
- Excellent computer, organizational, and communication/presentation skills.
- Problem solving with passion for continuous learning.
- Strong desire to interface with the customer.
- Embrace new technologies and business savvy.
- Passion for work with aggressive nature to succeed.
- Willing to travel for training opportunities.
- Expectation of FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment.
