Pro Tech Mechanical, a Crete United company, is looking to add an experienced commercial Plumbing Estimator to our dynamic team in Corpus Christi, Texas. Re-location assistance can be considered for well-qualified candidates. Must have at least 5+ years of Estimation/Project Management experience with knowledge in commercial construction. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits, including a generous base pay and bonus structure, hands‑on training, and room for growth within the organization.

• Create accurate take-off for Commercial Electrical projects
• Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals, change orders, RFI's, O&M's, etc.)
• Properly process/submit/file change orders
• Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates
• Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers

• 5 years minimum experience in a similar Electrical estimator role
• Experience with Commercial or Industrial Electrical Estimation / Project Management
• Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets, projects and presentation software
• Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems;
  Viewpoint software preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and understand drawings, details and project specifications
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work with others
