The purpose of this position is to provide students excellent customer service in the White Library Student Technology Center. This position may require working some nights and/or weekends.

Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.

• Computer literate with some knowledge of programs and/or software such as Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work extremely patiently with students and the general public.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekend shifts.

• Check students in and out of the Student Technology Center.
• Troubleshoot and assist students with computer hardware, software and/or internet problems.
• Check printer, add paper and change toner cartridge.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Keep area clean and neat.
