The purpose of this position is to provide students excellent customer service in the White Library Student Technology Center. This position may require working some nights and/or weekends.
Minimum QualificationsCurrent Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Computer literate with some knowledge of programs and/or software such as Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work extremely patiently with students and the general public.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekend shifts.

Job Duties- Check students in and out of the Student Technology Center.
- Troubleshoot and assist students with computer hardware, software and/or internet problems.
- Check printer, add paper and change toner cartridge.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Keep area clean and neat.
