Position Summary
ADJUNCT – HISTORY:
The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need. Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes.
Master’s degree to include a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in History.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to utilize a variety of teaching styles and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles of students.
Preferred QualificationsApplicants must reside in the state of Texas and be eligible to work in the United States.
Job Duties- Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction.
- Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students who have differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting the course outcomes.
