## Education & Engagement Coordinator
* Co-develop and manage teen and adult education budgets with the Curator of Education
* Purchase, organize, and maintain art and digital studio supplies, ensuring safe and efficient operations
* Assist with writing grants and reports to secure and document funding for education and engagement programs
* Conduct evaluations and collect feedback to measure program success and guide continuous improvement
* Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Museum Studies, Art History, Studio Art, or a closely related field.
* Two (2) years of related experience.
* Demonstrated experience teaching visual art lessons in a classroom or community environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various groups of people.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Master’s degree in Art Education, Museum Studies, Art History, or related discipline.
* Experience developing and implementing art education or engagement programs for teens and/or adults in a museum, school, or regional setting.
* Experience supervising staff, interns, or volunteers.
* Experience writing or managing grants.
* Knowledge of TEKS standards and experience developing TEKS-aligned art curriculum.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other digital design and learning platforms.
* Experience in program evaluation and data collection.
