ADJUNCT - AVIATION: AIRFRAME/POWER PLANT APPLIED TECHNOLOGY POOL

The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need, maintaining professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community. Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes.

• Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction.
• Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students who have differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting the course outcomes.

• Associate’s degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field.
• Three (3) years of work experience in Aviation Maintenance or a related field.
• Airframe and/or Power Plant FAA Certification required to teach specific courses.

• Experience in teaching.

• Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in the field of Aviation Maintenance.
