• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience.
• Current credential/registration in Abdomen through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

• Experience teaching at the secondary or college level.
• Experience teaching college‑level online courses and/or documented successful training in a college online learning management system (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas).

• Ability to teach and communicate with students of varied multicultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge of and commitment to teaching strategies and methods that enhance student success.
• Knowledge of a learning college and/or learning communities.

• Responsible for teaching didactic and laboratory courses.
• Supervise lab learning experiences.
• Grade student weekly papers and evaluate students as needed in each class.
• Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction.
• Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students who have differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting the course outcomes.
