Position Summary: This adjunct position teaches assigned courses across a variety of times and locations to meet institutional needs. Courses may include online, dual‑credit, or early college classes. The instructor maintains professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.

• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) with at least 1 year of experience.
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) with at least 3 years of experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (acceptable for instructing healthcare statistics course HITT 1355).

• Applicants must reside in Texas and be eligible to work in the United States.

• Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction.
• Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students with differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting course outcomes.
• Maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.

Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in the teaching discipline.
