You’ll be joining a fully staffed, experienced team that takes pride in doing things right. Mentorship here is real and intentional. Dr. Packard is hands-on when it matters and hands-off when it isn’t essential. He’s deeply invested in helping the right associate grow clinically—especially in treatment planning, case decision-making, and expanding skills over time.
