Membership Coordinator

Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? Mathews CCAC has an exciting opportunity for a Membership Coordinator. This position pays $14-$20 per hour with uncapped commission and various schedule options!

What you will do:

• Call customers from prior day for quality check
• Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Follow up on reviews positive and negative
• General inbound customer service
• Set up and monitor Shield memberships
• Mail monthly renewals
• Prepare weekly reports for payroll
• Reach out to customers that monthly fees did not go through and obtain updated payment information

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience
• Home Services Experience or Inside Sales Required
• Strong attention to details
• Conscientious team player
• Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude
• Clear background check and drug screen
